I hate the Yankees. Absolutely hate them. I hope they have fun missing the playoffs this year with their idiot manager. He didn't like that TB hurt one of his players a few days ago when it was a slide where THE YANKEES catcher was blocking the plate (so what does he EXPECT) and so today when they played again he had a yankees runner dive into the Rays' second baseman with spikes raised. I would givce ANYTHING for the yankees to never make the playoffs again. As much as I hate the red sox I would pay money if it would contribute to the Yankees not making the playoffs.

Pettitte scratched and Beckett still feeling stiffness in his back. I am not so sure I would draft Beckett where he is normally drafted now. That's what sucks about fantasy baseball is when players are already hurt in spring training. I would rather draft healthy players then them get hurt day 1 of season because at least then I know I did the best I could have with my knowledge on draft day. When there are injuries already, it makes it a tough decision and I can blame myself if I overlook someone because of an injury then they miss only 1 start and win 22 games or something.

Billy made contact with all BP pitches today. Sounds better than most of the Yankees would do.

I think pitch counts are stupid. Different players can handle more pithces than others and no set amount is going to be right. A 100 pitch count is not going to magically prevent injuries. In fact look how many injuries still occur. Lasorda agrees with me and he is the best manager to ever manage the Dodgers. Better than that Torre guy they now have.

7k is higher than 6k! lol But i think cbs max is 3500. So true. If I knew it would be a good game maybe I would buy 2 of those instead of 3 or 4 cbs and then have shot at same payout almost but without as many roster moves to make.

Just to show how big it would have been if I had come back and won the HAW league, I just noticed he won his leagues with HAW 1, HAW 2, and HAW 3 all three of those last year AND the year before also. I see a league he is in this year, but I can't really get in it. Or I could, but it's weekly and I would rather not use a team on the particular league to begin with. I am in a league with Dead Nuts though.

Delgado already has a sore hop and Alfonso Soriano broke his finger. They say he will miss 5 days, but I sure don't know of a player who magically can swing well again 5 days after breaking a finger! I may stay away from him and let the people who don't know about this injury risk him too early.

Well Nastia won. A lot of the reason was that Shawn fell on vault, but still I think she would have barely lost even without that fall. Shayla did some great things, but a fall on beam hurt her a lot!

What the... It just started and they showed like a whole 1 routine or maybe 2 and then showed the standings "afetr the first rotation". So they basically skipped over almost everyone's events being shown on the first 1/4 of the competition! Also it's the men's and women's both... All I know is I am going to be mad if they don't show some of Shayla's routines! edit: now the men's standings are after 3 rotations! This makes no sense. I guess it's true that it is being shown ;ove instead of taped. I always wished they would show it live, but wow if they are going to skip over events I would rather it be taped!

Aaron, what do you think about daily vs. weekly changes? I think my skills would shine better for daily, but the problem is that seems like a lot more work...
