I think we have that here too. Well they don't have to be part of the army, but they do have to enlist... and well if they get called then that's just their luck.

stupid enlist system. The american consulate in germany called my a few weeks ago and told me that i have to come to them and to write me in that list. I told them im in the german army so they said i should come in july. Great disadvantage of two citizenships.

But either way I am not going to even bother with much of anything unless people take the time to use the report button on this forum. If they really care THAT much they can click report and type in what is being done wrong. Just like I dont care about double and triple posting as long as someone isnt just doing it obviously for a dumb reason or no reason.
