If what I heard is correct I think Nintendo did a great job with their controller.

Hopefully. I still am unsure how it will all turn out, but I am buying a Wii regardless of which zelda version I purchase. Under $200 is nothing these days for a video game system with new types of gameplay.

I'm still getting my ps3. I want the HD dvd player that comes along with it. thats worth an extra 300 right there.

MS surprised people themselves by saying people should get an xbox 360 AND a wii for the same price as a ps3.

Neither come with a HD DVD player. And lets see you go get all 3 for 500$

I've heard in the past that HD for dvd players is just another gimmick like progressive scan, that it can't truly be high definition.

there is a huge difference. they are coming out with players that claim to up your regular dvd's to HD quality. Then they have the real HD dvds. Right now there are 2 versions. Just like back in the day when VHS and Beta came out. Now its HD and Blu Ray. PS3 has the Blu Ray technology. Meaning better quality on games as well as new and improved quality for movies.

The 1 side effect is you have to rebuy all your movies again in HD format which I will do for some.
