Unfortunately it has been confirmed that the Wii version can't be played with a GameCube controller. :(

So I have to decide whether to play with the gamecube controller in standard 4:3 format or with the wii controller(s) in the great 16:9 format for my 16:9 tv.

It really sucks that i don't know for sure how I will like using the wii controls for a zelda game becuase now I can't be sure which game to preorder.
