May 8, 200817 yr comment_9825 I need to stop listening. I was going to use my #3 on zimmerman and then changed my mind after you said not to and now he has 2 homers today so far. Everything is going so wrong. I have a chance in every league, but everything seems to go wrong. I had that idiot give up 10 runs today, I waived cliff lee like 5 starts back and missed all of these great starts, I used such bums as verlander and bonderman, I decided against picking up uggla and he has exploded.

It's annoying that I need closers badly and yet have nobody I feel comfortable waiving even when new closers are on FA. Ya know, I am getting tired of how things are going this season. You weren't on here when I mentioned Uggla was waived and I dumbly didn't pick him up and he single handedly would have me way way higher in the standings if I had done it. Makes me mad. I know you would have said not to use a 1 on him anyway, but wow I sure wish I had. 11 homers now! And most of them since that date he was waived! In one league I have 8 saves for the entire season and have jenks wasting a roster spot while nobody offers anything worth much for him. I hate punting a category anwyay, but wow to have 8 so far, it would be tough to come back from that. And answer my other topic about how to get this site active. I have no clue if it';s the layout annoying guests or if there just isn't anything entertaining to discuss. May 26, 200817 yr comment_9924 Hope you had Harang in. He had 9 k's in relief. They should have just left him in. That many k's in 4 innings and only 63 pitches. He now surely will miss whatever next start he had scheduled (have it pushed back, anyway) so he might as well have finished it out with 100 pitches and his team now lost becuase of them taking him out too.
