Then last week he told me Matt Kemp of the Dodgers would have a big second half and he is in the minors now. Also he told me Valverde would be closer again fairly quiclkly and he is int he minors. Although I am not sure if I like having a Coors pitcher. I would comment on your 2 drafts, but ANNOYINGLY blog cuts off half of what you say and even buttons in low resolutions. And I have told the blog person for a year or more and he always marks it as "flagged for futre version" instead of just FIXING it which shouldsn't be hard at all. I don't do good with skinning so I am not sure if I can figure it out myself. So commenting on them here. I think the auto one worked out well. Also why did you draft upton in round 2, but in another of your entries you said upton was a mistake pick and it was worse than second round in that one.

Anyway someone offered me jeter/ichiro/weeks for soriano alone. But I still think I won't do it becuase I already have a ton of .300 hitters and I wouldn't even gain more than maybe 10 steals out of it. Jeter didn't get drafted until I think the 8th round!

I have sheff, burrell, bay,Ankiel and willingham with ethier and hermida on the bench. I would be getting Pence and dealing away Haren.

I personally am not so sure either can do "great" this year, but it's always possible. I think Pence may hit 20-25 homers, but there are a lot of players like that. Just depends what he does along with it I guess.

I was planning on making moves afetr the first week becuase I am NOT going to use players too long when they suck this year. But there is NOTHING available. Really nobody is doing anything good. Too bad I forgot to pick up Upton. I think a good feature for flb would be a "wish list" where you can add anyone onf ree agency, waivers, or other teams and it's all on a list. Then you can look at it each day to remember who is about to come off of waivers in case you didn't pick them up or even FAs who you werent sure who to drop for them and then forgot they are even FAs still.
