Just curious as to where I said to waive Oliver Perez? The only post I can find is where I stated what I did with Oliver. Nothing telling you or advising you to do the same. I appreciate the respect your showing me by following my lead but what I can find is multiple posts regarding how bad I am this year in FLB.

I asked for advice and your response was that he was a FA everywhere and that you waived him everywhere. That means you were suggesting to drop him.

Now rj and penny had terrible startsd too and myers has gone back to being bad. I am stuck with a lot of underperforming pitchers because I can't just waive guys who were drafted in the first 10 roudns.

In a league where I have great average and power, I passed up Taveras onw aivers a few days ago and now he stole 5 tonight.

On all three teams I dropped Penny for Chase Headley. Probably a mistake, but I have tot ake some chances and now Penny's shoulder hurts.

Only June and I am in abd bad shape. The best I am doing in ANY league is close to 30 points out. In one league II am ahead of 4 teams and still am close to 40 back. lol

Thames has 6 homers in his last 6 games. I keep being too late to notice trends this year. I picked him up and waived Ibanez. Now he will probably suck and I also almost picked up crede before he had 4 homers in 2 games and I didn't do that either.

I saw that but i also saw his 222 avg and i cant afford the hit in BA. Hopefully he keeps up for you.

His batting average doesn't matter when he is on this type of run. You use him then drop him again.

Jeff Clement called up and I was so busy on this site doing programming I missed him everywhere.

I traded ichiro for texiera straight up just to mix things up. I actually need average and speed, not power. But I guess it was still good because there is more chance of finding top speed on FA than power at some point during the season.

I actually has done worst all year though and I think I could find a way to win it. It has cliff lee, cain, lackey, felix, etc.... all on fire and it's offense has guys like manny, texiera, david wright, vlad, etc... so some just need to heat back up. It also has 4 closers. And check this out THERE ARE AT LEAST 4 closers on free agency. Yet in one league I can't get a closer no matter what. In this league bowski, cj wilson, lyons, isringhausen and i think someone else are all FAs and someone just waived another closer too.

I had done no trades all year in any league and now in a 3 day period I dealt ichiro for texiera straightup and i dealt wright for santana straightup both in the same league.

I am considering offers in other leagues also.

No. Especially for you. You've come back from further down in saves before. All you need is a couple hot closers for a couple weeks to get right back in it.

I made dumb mistakes this year. Leaving guys like him, pujols, and soriano in active lineups for weeks or even MONTHS at a time in furcal's case. I am screwed up in rbis and runs now. I wish I had dropped furcal. WHo would have known he would be out THIS LONG with a "sore back".

I have pujols and willingham coming back this coming week and I picked up weeks to replace kelly johnson. I have alfonso soriano and davir odtiz not too far off also. LOOK WHAT TEXIERA DID THE LAST DAY BEFORE I GET HIM. This is starting to just get ridiculous! If it were a daily league I would have already had him in, but of course it's my ONLY weekly league!

And you should see what my hitters did today. I guarantee you that you've NEVER had as bad of a hitting day as my 3 teams combined did today. Almost EVERYONE was 0 for 5 and 0 for SIX.

Now I had santana and felix both dueling today and so neither is going to win since felix got hurt. It gets old even trying when this many things go wrong with the teams.
