It says near the end of the article that deaf people feel a false sense of security when walking on railroad tracks, but good lord people who can hear perfect don't walk on railroad tracks, so I have no clue why it acts like a big campaign needs to be done to warn deaf peoiple not to walk on tracks. I don't understand why they would risk it either way if even people with more senses available tow arn them still dont walk on tracks!
