Click the new magnifying glass at the top of all posts for a quick way to get all of a member's posts from that topic, all posts on the forum from them, or all of their topics. Although you can already get the latter 2 from under the avatar or from profiles, so I might as well remove those 2 options.

Now added to that magnifying gladd to allow you to add the member to your contacts list. Invision sure is terrible about making it obviouls about the whole contacts system. And cramming things all in "my controls" in a disorganized manner!
