Dr. Kaku was on Art Bell tonight and was tlaking about a lot of interesting stuff.

A few decades before Columbus, the Chinese built a huge ship and went out exploring. They found some animals and other things. When they got home they decided there wasnt much out there because they didnt find much of anything interesting. Thus they BURNT their ship and stopped exploring or even trying to invent new things related to it. Thus they got invaded and were 500 years behind everyone else and were an easy target. lol

And also the name China means central country, or something similar to that. Because they thought basically there was only them and nothing else in the world. lol
