I don't know that I have a 100% opinion on the death penalty, but I think it is ridiculous that people are lashing out against the ones who executed this guy. He murdered 4 people and then people are mad and calling the people murderers who carried out the sentence given to him? That would be fine if they were against the death penalty, but my guess is they would not be saying that when other people are put to death. They pick and choose who they want killed.

Of course I have not seen proof one way or another, but apparently it was known he is guilty, he formed the Crips who are perhaps the most famous gang ever, and this issue is all over them saying he "redeemed himself in prison". Not an anti-death penalty argument, but arguing that he deserved his sentence changed.

Maybe it was wrong and maybe it wasn't. But I just can't stand when people will take up for a murderer and not his victims.

edit: actually it becomes even worse as you read that article. 1. Someone saying basically "haha they are trying to make us forget him, but we will do the opposite" as if taunting and acting like he is some hero. And 2. He killed on mroe than one occasion. It was not even that he temporarily flipped and killed 4 people (which in itself was justification for death penalty) but it was even two SEPARATE incidents. And who knows how many he killed, but was not found out to be the murderer of?

Wow. If there was no proof, that's one thing... but that article makes it clear he "killed them" not "allegedly killed him".

yea i agree

But i think instead of waiting so long to execute them, they should execute them a soon as they killed someone

Maybe if they did that we wouldnt have so many criminals, cause then they would all think way better then they do

Now if the person who got killed is threatening the other person's life and trying to kill them then in there, then the one that is in danger has the right to kill them, that would be "Right of self-defense"

In other words as long as you kill someone in self-defense for your life against them then its only fair not to convict you

I would expect nothing left from someone who comes from the execution capital of the US. WOO HOO to Texas.
