October 31, 200520 yr comment_4002 This has to be some kind of Urban legend that the media brings out around halloween to make it creepy. Supposedly, there was the same thing here in north Jersey, My uncle said he had the story in Seattle and my wife's aunt heard the same thing in SanFrancisco. Either alot of people just wait until this time to do it or its just garbage.
