This may seem like a pointless change, but it is a big deal at places such as Gamefaqs. I have made it where posts now show seconds. This is noteworthy because: 1. It is cool to some people to see they posted at the exact second as someone else. And 2. It opens up a whole new thing called "seconds games". I will post an example in a forum area before I go to bed. I actually figured out how to do this change myself instead of using a mod. I simply changed a format setting. I also bolded dates. Now if I can find out how to make them BIGGER, I will be happy with their appearance.

I left alone short format dates.
