ok as you can tell I changed SOME buttons around now.

I could do more cool things, but I am trying not to slow anything down. A button went from around 1k to 15k, but other than that nothing increased much. So as it is now, it wont slow things down.

In a way I am wishing things were bright (blue) instead of black. But then it looks so ordinary when others are blue! So not sure about that. Sometimes I like the black and then sometimes I wish it was more colorful.

I DO HOWEVER like the black squares I made to the left of forum areas with new posts.

FOR FURTHER REFERENCE: Black boxes that say "new in here" mean it is a subforum, so SOMEWHERE in that forum there is something new, but you need to go into the area to see where basically. I may change the text, but nothing more catchy was small enough to easily fit thr button really.

I may make it where the site only shows if there are new posts in topics for 3 days. That way if you ignore a topic it wont keep showing on the index page that you have new messages to read in a forum area. They would disappear after 3 days, thus you would know more accurately where to go to see posts you have not read before.

I spent a ton of time trying to make better buttons (especially matching ones in topics, rather than blue). But given the crappy software I was using (Paint... and by the way I am doing a trial of phoyoshop and it is almost as crappy for text too) they are not even close to what iw ant! I am really frustrated. i know some ways I would want them, but I cant get them that way.

If someone feels like it, they culd make some buttons (gifs) for all of the things in the topics some time this month. I kind of want them oval or round, but frankly I am so sick of nothing looking perfect so I may never be satisfied.
