Conan Finale

Featured Replies

Conan's last show aired last night. I haven't watched it yet, but a lot of past guests and Andy were on there.

Now reruns will be shown for a week and then Jimmy Fallon takes over. Conan takes over Jay Leno's Tonight Show in May.

Well that was not a very good finale. No monologue. Not a very good song by the white stripes. Not too much humor. Also I really htink NBC just flat out made a bad decision changing up a formula which has still been doing great. Conan is my favorite talk show host, but his humor is better for the show he had and Leno's was best for his show type. Now they are simply forcing both into changing themselves, it seems, and then I doubt Jimmy Fallon will be good at a role as talk show host either.

Oh wow! I didn't even know Conan was ending! He's my favorite late night talk show host too. He's so funny! I hope he does well taking over for Jay Leno, who I never liked!

ps- i'm lara, and I'm new here. It's nice to meet you

Nice to meet you too. Yeah I'm unsure what will happen with him when he takes over for leno. I kept thinking he's funnier in the time slot he's been in than he would be in the earlier time slot, but I am hopeful he will end up handling it great and still being funny.

I used to not like Jay Leno and then later I started liking him more. Mainly only the beginning of the show though. He kind of annoys me when interviewing people, yet Conan still is funny then also.
