Sports Betting 3.1.1

This is quite hilarious. I am calling this a new version and I literally spent less than TEN minutes doing this update.

I probably did some bug fixes since the last version also, but I simply made two changes just now.

It took me less than 10 minutes yet both changes are quite nice.

1. Now the matchup adding form/bracket adding form allows anybody using it (admin) to use their real date/time for the deadline. In the past it depended on server time. Thus sometimes it would be off by an hour and screw up my deadline times! How did I add this new feature? I simply replaced one part of a line of coding with another part. Boom, fixed.

2. Now instead of the admin having to put the start and end years to appear in the year dropdown menu, they simply enter HOW MANY years they want to be in it. This way they never have to change it again. In the past if you entered 2008 and 2012, then obviously in 2009 you would have to change that first year or in 2013 you would have to change the latter. Now it starts with your beginning year and ends with the year which is x years further down the line.

It took me almost as long to type this as it did to add these features. lol I am probably having a new version of this soon, but I thought it would be interesting to release it as version 3.1.1 and it now be my quickest upgrade ever.
