Posted November 3, 200817 yr comment_10778 http://news.yahoo.com/election/2008/dashboard Judging by those totals, here's what to keep in mind on election night: 1. McCain must win Florida, Ohio, and 2 of the following three: North Carolina, Virginia, and Missouri. 2. Then he must win either Pennsylvania OR Colorado and New Mexico both OR Colorado and Utah both. 3. He actually could lose North Carolina, Virginia, or Missouri if he wins ALL THREE between Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. 4. He is behind by 7+% in New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Utah. So bottom line: McCain must win at least ONE state in whicvh hs is 7+% behind in currently or he will lose the election. So there ya go. A VERY tough path if McCain is going to win, but still not impossible. If McCain does win, it would be similar to the comeback orchestrated by Eli Manning in last year's Super Bowl.
