Guitar Hero: World Tour

Featured Replies

Three days until release. For those who don't know, it will use guitar, bass, drums, and mic. Over 80 songs (all master recordings), many new features, etc...

Trying to decide whether to pay $50 for only the game and use my current guitar and then buy drums separately when they are released later this year... or I could pay $190 now and get the whole set.

Well I am getting this game at least by Sunday, but at this point I am deciding to get only the game and not the new guitar or drums. Then would get drums once they are sold separately. I could always change my mind and cancel this order and get the whole set, but I kind of doubt it.

I have already played enough of this to be able to review it pretty accurately, I think. But before I get to it, just warning people UNDERSTAND that many people, including myself, have received drums that are close to unusable! The red drum pad barely works for me (and others) and the pedal barely works also. So it's a nightmare as far as getting the equipment to work!

You can get this game AND the guitar for Wii for only $70 on black friday at Target. Would have put it as a deal in the review system, but 1. it's only for one day and I ahven't set that up to show deadlines (I should do that). and 2. nobody would notice it there at this point anyway.
