Posted July 18, 200817 yr comment_10315 Someone who was in the Red Sox front office says Manny Ramirez probably took three straight strikes without taking the bat off his shoulder earlier this month to pay the red sox back for fining him $100,000+ for an altercation he had with a traveling secretary. And now those comments he made at the all-star game. Maybe he should consider the fact that he is performing horribly for his salary level this season. He's going to have less people want him as he turns into a jerk like Bonds. I own him in a league and I wish I didn't own him because he isn't doing anything at all.
July 19, 200817 yr comment_10318 I dont have any problem owning Manny. 18/60/290 is fine with me at the ASB. Projected out thats 36/120 and I think manny has a better chance of getting then a guy like Quentin.

July 22, 200817 yr comment_10337 Manny isnt a 2nd round draft pick. I got him in the 4th and 5th rounds and I'll gladly take his numbers and consistency from those slots.
