Posted April 22, 200817 yr comment_9714 There is not really a topic for just general discussion from day to day about baseball so I am making this to discuss interesting things going on from time to time. Main interesting thing yesterday was that Werth had an inside the park homerun and then the very next batter, Utley, hit one out of the park in the traditional way. Back to back inside outside. Utley still leads the majors with 9 homeruns.

I was going to draft him on every team and I only ended up with him on one. Ahhhhh. Now too late to get him for decent price. lol

Also there is NOW AY I would have drafted Vladimir if not for the fact that Aaron drafted him and claimed last year he was coming off steroirds, thus causing me to think he changed his mind about him and now I dumbly drafted him also and he is doing absolutely zippo.

July 27, 200817 yr Author comment_10362 Braves showing how dumb it is to take out stars when down by a lot of runs. They are down 12-7 in the eighth inning and a no-name is batting instead of Texiera since he was taken out innings back. If he were up now and would homer, it would be 12-11 just like that.
September 10, 200817 yr Author comment_10612 Pujols could get the triple crown if he ahdn't been out for 3 weeks due to injury. He's something like 8 homers and 27 rbis back which very well could have been achieved in 3 pujols weeks (along with these fnal 3 weeks also).
