I just randomly noticed thie was on tv right now. It's the first time I think I've ever seen gymnastics be in high definition also. The last couple meets were shown in standard resolution.

Nastia had almost perfect bars and beam routines. I really used to not like her, but I am starting to like her more now.

Shawn and Shayla didn't even go to this competition and the U.S. still EASILY beat the other countries.

I think there will be zero chance of anyone other than the U.S. winning the gold in the Olympics. They are too great this year. And a couple juniors looked great today too. They both kept having perfect landings and just seemed to not have many mistakes.
