I loved the SNES version much more than other versions, so the fact that they compare this to that one makes me assume i will love it. This apparantly has very good online capabilities also. Will be released in the U.S. in about 2 weeks. Already released basically everywhere else.
April 22, 200817 yr Author comment_9715 Rated a 8.5 by the U.S. IGN people. Pretty much seems to be a consensus that it has the best online play any Nintendo game has ever had, great gameplay for most offline play, people frustrated that they randomly lose on 150cc due to people behind them getting all the good items, battle mode is not liked, and the Wii Wheel works quite well. Game to be released now in 5 days. I will definitely be getting it, so if anyone else does and hooks their Wii up to the internet, let me know where we can play each other in mario kart. Note: At game stop you can trade in 2 games off of a list and get mario kart for $10.
April 28, 200817 yr Author comment_9767 Pretty fun so far. The wheel does add a little fun to it. It still feels a little stale since so many MK games have been released over the years though. I played someone on wifi and I laughed so hard because I kept falling off the track and he LAPPED ME.
