I would love to know why it's legal to sell tickets and buy tickets on stubhub.com, yet it's illegal to scalp tickets in person. Selling them on there is no different whatsoever and it actually makes it even easier to rip people off than true scalping.

Because stub hub and other secondary ticket sellers have business licenses to do this. the guy outside the stadium does not.
