I have had absolutely zero problem with Verizon other than me accidentally going over on my minutes this month, but that is my fault for forgetting that just becuase you and Sep used Verizon doesn't mean everyone does. I got in a habit of not payiong attention to minutes used. lol

I am not even considering switching whatsoever. I wish Verizon would offer me a lot to sign a new contract becuase I want to stay with them anyway and I don't really need a new phone. Wish they would offer me something else. lol
