Shayla is awesome. Can't be dissapointed with a 3rd place though. It's still better than 4th and below. She did quite well today, she can be proud about that, even though she's probably upset with her beam (IG1 forgot to put her routine up so I didn't know she even did a beam until I went I on IG2 :D ).

Close but not close enough. Tessa got a 8.816, that seems quite low buy the way of the descriptions of her routine and her 9.9 SV. But I'm not a judge and didn't see it and I'm a beginner at gymnastics knowledge so what do I know. ^_^

I think Ashley would have gotten a top 3 finish. Are you writing any of the juniors after Champs Cody? I think I'm going to write Shayla and either Shoji or Ashley.

They never show juniors I would be EXTREMELY surprised if they show even on junior routine. I think tonight is Senior Women's Prelims. Then tomorrow night is Senior Women's Finals. But perhaps NBC will pleasantly surprise me and show a bit of both? Probably not but oh well.

Ahh yes, I'm definitely writing to Juniors tomorrow or some time this week. I think they deserve more congrats than they get from the rest of America. Plus, after seeing the letters Megan gets I feel a jealous. ^_^ j/k

See, the only fluff I saw was the Nastia/Carly fluff and I thought that was cute. Nastia is really well-spoken as far as I'm concerned, I really think I like her a lot. Perhaps she will be getting a letter as well?

I'm very confused why the judges were giving such HIGH scores. They were just crazy tonight. I mean at this point, 9.9s are almost sacred! And they gave a 9.9 and 9.8 out. But if they were really deserving than that's AWESOME!!! At least the girls will be doing much better than the guys.

I guess I don't mind the fluff, shouldn't have said that; the Nastia one was nice. I guess I was just flustered because I was late watching it and didn't get my fill. But NBC definitely should've shown more than 4 gymnasts (or what I saw it was only 4).
