I remember in like 2003....we got 2 hours of women for day 1 and 2, and then 2 hours for men's day 2.I really like Kayla Hoffman too I decided. Shes in 7th I think for seniors right now! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Lol, I like it, you decided. Ahh... people should care though *rolls eyes* Men's gym is waaaaay more dynamic than women's gym. Women's gym is just prettier I guess. I'd rather watch men's vault than women's any day.
August 12, 200520 yr comment_1045 Well you can't blame the human mind, or for my mind at least, for the unpopularity of men's gymnastics. I mean people maybe kind of skeptic about a guy in a leotard compared to a girl. Kind of reminds me of volleyball, the guy version isn't popular because of all the tight shorts and such. :mellow: But men's gymnastics is definitely more dynamic. Personally if there were a uni-sex person (odd, yes) they would probably have to build up a lot more strength to do men's events than women's. But one plus for women's gym is it looks more graceful, which is probably another reason it's more popular. And maybe when you, or at least I, think of gymnastics, I think of women's events (FX, BB, UB, VT) more than men's (HB, VT, PH, FX). Anywho, go USA! ^_^ ^ Not sure if that was on topic but I said it anyways. :D

I need to go look at the quick hits of the men's cause I really figured it was going to suck so all I did was pay attention to Jon. But yes, Dragulescu deserved the 10 and I think honestly, Urzica did too in EF he was brilliant, he at least deserved the gold, whats-his-face broke form like three times if you go back and watch his routine. I'm so mad that Dragulescu retired though!!! He's only like 24!!!

My arms arent built up, so it would be so impossibble to do rings. And umm that would probably NOT be good to see the women gymnats trying rings. lol They would get hurt.

August 13, 200520 yr comment_1076 A small update on Ashley Priess: I was reading some articles and found out she withdrew from the competition because of a 6 inch gash that was down to the bone. :o And now she is working with a plastic surgeon to fix it. That must be terrible. Hope she recovers fast. And she was my pick to win it all. *Sigh* Priess = Junior Champion in my heart.

I think that the US Men's team is going to get CRUSHED at Worlds. Just looking at the progress some of the Europeans have made and keeping an eye on certain people. Japan is as strong as ever, I'm sure China hasn't let up any, Russia supposedly has a few to watch, than Hambuchen, Urzica, Sucui, Van Gelder, Chechi, Deffer, the Wammes brothers, I don't know... the U.S. just doesn't stack up well in my opinion. And never played... er, Monkey Balls.
