Posted November 12, 200718 yr comment_8643 Nintendo just launced the Check Mii Out Channel on its Wii consoles. It is pretty cool. You can create Miis and share them with everyone. Then people can add a mii to their friends list, a favorites list, import them to their Wii, etc... It also has contests where Nintendo tells you to create a particular Mii and then the actual users can judge whose is the best! The current contest is to create Mario with no hat/cap. I think it could turn out to be pretty cool and I think Nintendo is showing they care about the users becuase their console is selling like crazy so they did NOT need to keep adding these channels and also sending free wiimote jackets. They are surprising me that they are doing a lot of this without seeming to be so much money-motivated. The controller jackets may be to give them more chance of avoiding lawsuits though.

November 17, 200718 yr Author comment_8670 I guess what you could do is just some time hook it up at someone else's house and DL the channels. You can actually buy some accesory to allow it to receive internet even if your internet isn't wireless currently.
