This shows that they just put who they want at #1. lol Becuase look closely at it. If you look at the detailed votes from the panel you will see Memphis was voted #1 more than North Carolina and if you add up the rankings Memphis comes in at 20 and North Carolina 21. (with lowest total being best) yet they show North Carolina as #1. lol In other words on average lists memphis is ranked 2.00 while North carolina is ranked 2.10 yet somehow they translate that into North Carolina is ranked #1. lol
