Boston wins game 1 behind soon-to-be Cy Young Winner Josh Beckett. As I figured, it is going to be very very unlikely Colorado can win this series. I am rooting for them though. But all AL teams had better records than any NL teams in the playoffs and Colorado got here on a hot streak which Boston destroyed in a big way.

I "predict" Boston in 6.

I "want" Colorado in 7.

As I feared, the Rockies have just flat crumbled. They did make a nice game of it for game 3 though. But they just don't have really any chance at all unfortunately. This backs up what I said about how much greater the AL was than the NL this year, but I sure didn't want this to happen. They are making the rockies look like a mediocre team.
