I am getting this game (hopefully today). It can be purchased for Wii or PS2. It got a VERY VERY good review from IGN. As for graphics it is cartoony, not realistic. But as for gameplay they compare it to all fun 8 bit baseball games ever played, but brought into the current (almost) generation. They say it is absolutely mind-boggling how many stats it keeps up with.

You can know you do good or bad at x pitch in y location of the strikezone and the % you do different outcomes on the pitch. You can go through college and must get good grades to get yto the majors on your created characters.

Quite a few people say it's the best console baseball game in years.

I will review it later hopefully. The only thing bad about the Wii one is you can only use Wii controls in exhibition games and homerun dervby. In other modes you must play like a regular baseball game on a regular system.

I haven't played this yet, but:

1. It has an enormous number of cool features.

however,

2. It makes me feel like I am going to go back in time becuae the Wii controls are so much better than button mashing that I feel weird if I play a game with a regular controller now, which is what this requires in order to be fun apparently.
