Posted August 29, 200718 yr comment_8390 I used to always have such great luck with electronics. I never needed to get anything fixed. Now suddenly everything starts having problems. As society gets mroe technologically "advanced", it sure seems to have more and more problems/bugs. I bought my tv and wii within the past year. Already both have issues. My tv randomly has the input button (to switch between video 1, video2, etc...) bring up the menu instead of doing its real function! So I have to turn the tv off and on to stop it! This happens nearly every day at random times. Mt dvd recorder is made by the same company as my last one, yet the newer one works much worse than the old one. My Wii suddenly would not do ANYTHING today. I could not turn it on or eject the game out of it. So I kept unplugging it and checking connections. Nothing fixed it. The only thing that somehow finally fixed it was wiping off the prongs on the power cable on my shirt! Apparently something ewas on them or maybe I bent them properly and they had been bent a little wrongly, who knows.... I've had a lot of other electronic messups too. Yet before the past few years I don't remember more than ONE messup ever. I am also very lucky about computers working well enough that I never need to get anything repaired. Let;s hope that isn't the next bit of luck to leave me. lol And I won't even get started on my luck in other areas.
