August 9, 200718 yr comment_8270 The NWS issued something I ahven't even heard of befoe for us here... Called a "hazardous weather outlook". It says the heat index could be around 110 for the next 7 days in a row.
August 11, 200718 yr comment_8287 What's weird is it's 101 here, but the heat index is only 103! Memphis normally has unbearable moist heat and this time it's dry 20% humidity heat.
