Barry Bonds tested positive for speed, but claims he did not receive it from Mark Sweeney.

I think this pretty much seals it, no HOF for Bonds, just like none for McGwire. And not many will consider Bonds the greatest homerun hitter, despite whatever numbers he ends up with.
