Well after having to wait in cold weather for 7 and 1/2 hours, i got my wii, my zelda game, etc... and was able to cancel my online Amazon order of $600 for a bundle, so I am all good.

I may end up with an extra zelda game, but can take it back or give it away on my gotzelda.com site.

It was a pretty fun time waiting to get the wii actually. It is in much higher demand than PS3 fans realized, I think. People were in tents at other stores waiting on their launches this morning.

This lady was so nice to me while we waited. She bought me a sandwich from McDonald's and shared her blanket since I wore shorts. lol I was shaking the whole time I was there.

I have not played anything yet and need to go to bed. My first impressions are that the controllers are much more comfortable than I realized and also it has a cool feature for people with digital photos on a SD card. You can do cool things to your pictures on the wii, such as turn them into puzzles and put them back together.

Since the zelda game was rated by IGN as the best zelda game EVER, I am sure I will love it. I may not play that until I get my component cables and maybe my new tv.

I woulda waited 8 hrs for a ps3. To bad people started getting online on tuesday for a friday release of it. One person got shot after he bought one and a news reporter got shot witha BB. ha

I like most things about the wii so far.
