Hgh & Steroids
The reason HGH gets mentioned with steroids so much is because its what juice heads use between cycles. Steroids is usually used on a cycle. 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off. During those off weeks to keep the testosterone level up HGH is used. Back when mac was using creatine, I was using the same stuff. It really does help and noticed I didnt lose anything during my off cycles. I did 3 cycles and then realized the right combo of "legal stuff" was just as potent as actual steroids.

Pitcher Carlos Zambrano agrees to 5-year, $91.5 million contract
CHICAGO (AP) -Carlos Zambrano's long wait paid off. The Chicago Cubs' talented and emotional ace agreed Friday to a five-year, $91.5 million contract extension that features a vesting option for a sixth season. Zambrano skipped a shot at free agency and its lucrative payday to stay with the only club he's ever known. "Not everything is about money, you know," Zambrano said. "I know if I got to free agency there were a lot of things that would come to me and offer me. I feel comfortable here. I feel good here and my family feels good here." The 26-year-old righty is 14-9 with a 3.86 ERA this season. The two-time All-Star is 78-51 lifetime. http://cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/story/10300205

Giambi escapes punishment from Selig
NEW YORK (AP) -Relief. That was the look on Jason Giambi's face all afternoon. Wearing a bright-eyed smile stretched across his full cheeks, the New York Yankees star bounced around the field during batting practice Thursday and posed for photos with fans. No wonder. He had plenty to be happy about. Earlier in the day, commissioner Bud Selig announced he won't punish Giambi because of the slugger's charitable work and cooperation with baseball's steroids investigator. "It's over and done with. I'm thrilled with it. He did what he needed to do - now I can go forward," Giambi said before the Yankees lost to Detroit in the opener of an important four-game series. "I can go forward and not hurt the ballclub with a suspension." http://cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/story/10298779

RHP Roger Clemens has been suspended five games for intentionally throwing a pitch at Alex Rios on Tuesday. Clemens will simply bump his start back a day or two, showing once again that suspensions are usually meaningless for pitchers. Pending an appeal, the suspension is set to begin Friday. Manager Joe Torre was also suspended for one game.

Yankees activated 1B/DH Jason Giambi from the 15-day disabled list. Yankees purchased the contract of RHP Joba Chamberlain from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. After beginning the season as a starter, Chamberlain moved to the bullpen with an eye on joining the Yankees down the stretch as a potential setup man for Mariano Rivera. He struck out 18 batters in eight scoreless innings at Triple-A, giving him 135 strikeouts in 88 1/3 total minor league innings this season, and has the potential to be a dominant late-inning reliever. Gordon put on probation for rest of year
http://sports.espn.go.com/rpm/news/story?s...&id=2965150 CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Robby Gordon faces indefinite suspension if he's not on his best behavior in the Nextel Cup and Busch Series for the remainder of the season. Gordon on Tuesday was fined $35,000 and placed on probation for the remainder of the year in both of NASCAR's top two series for his behavior in Saturday's Busch Series race in Montreal. The penalties came on top of Gordon being "parked" from driving in Sunday's Cup race at Pocono Raceway. "If he does anything that we consider conduct detrimental to [the sport] or if he in any way disrupts the orderly running of an event he will be suspended indefinitely," NASCAR spokesman Jim Hunter said. "Anything we deem in appropriate. The magnifying glass just got bigger on Robby Gordon," Hunter said.

Byrnes signs three-year, $30 million deal with D-backs
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2964624 PHOENIX -- The Arizona Diamondbacks and popular outfielder Eric Byrnes agreed Tuesday to a $30 million, three-year contract extension through 2010. The deal comes after talks broke down last month and it appeared Byrnes, who is having the best season of his career, would leave as a free agent. Byrnes, the ever-hustling team leader, is batting .303 with 17 homers, 64 RBIs, 21 doubles and 28 steals. He is seventh in the NL in hits with 135 and fifth in the league in triples with seven on a young team that has a surprising lead in the NL West.

Quinn holdout over
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp...tory?id=2964653 Brady Quinn has agreed to a five-year contact with the Cleveland Browns worth $20.2 million, with $7.75 million guaranteed, ending his holdout. The deal could grow to $30 million over five years with incentives. Quinn, who was on his way to Cleveland to join his teammates on Tuesday, had been working out at an athletic training facility in Arizona while his contract was being negotiated. Having missed the first 10 days of training camp, Quinn, 22, faces a considerable catch-up period at a position where the learning curve is already difficult. Although he performed in a sophisticated offense at Notre Dame, and under the tutelage of coach Charlie Weis, who is famous for developing quarterbacks, Quinn struggled in the spring workouts and minicamps.
