I dunno. I thought it was assist to turnover ratio but I dont think thats it.- Shawn Johnson Is National Champion
your links never work. lol- Sweet 16-0
The Eagles showed that the Pats can be slowed down. The Giants showed the pats can be scored on. If Owens comes back healthy and no other major injuries happen, the cowboys have the firepower to keep up and IMO the better D. We had them until mid 3rd quarter in the first matchup. Unfortunately, so did the Giants.- Patriots Cheating in Week 1
The nfl didnt care all that much because its something every team does. Mangini decided to call out belichek because they hate each other. It was a story for about a week and then everybody moved on because it wasnt a big deal. What belichek did was the same thing as a runner on 2nd stealing the catchers signs or a bench coach stealing signs.- Sweet 16-0
I do think they will be in the SB vs Dallas and that worries me a bit. The only way to beat the Pats is by playing perfect football for 4 quarters This wasnt a soft 16-0. They beat 6 of 11 playoffs teams and play hard every game. No team is invincible but the 2007 Pats are damn close.- Sweet 16-0
http://cbs.sportsline.com/nfl/gamecenter/r...20071229_NE@NYG New England became the first NFL team since the 1972 Dolphins to win every game on the schedule, and that one was only 14-0. This victory required a Brady-engineered comeback from a 12-point deficit and smashed the Patriots' league mark for consecutive victories. "Going undefeated during the regular season is a remarkable achievement," 1972 Dolphins coach Don Shula said. "I know firsthand how difficult it is to win every game, and just as we did in 1972, the Patriots have done a great job concentrating on each week's opponent and not letting any other distractions interrupt that focus. If they go on to complete an undefeated season, I will be the first to congratulate Coach Belichick and the Patriot organization." Validation of the Patriots' inexorable march through the season can only come by adding a Super Bowl championship. Do that, and there'll be no challenge to their spot at the top. "Hats off to us," said record-setting receiver Randy Moss, who caught Brady's 65-yard bomb for the go-ahead score that set two major records. "I know a lot of people didn't think we were going to do it. A lot of people didn't want us to do it. "In this game of football, it's hard to go 16-and-0. As a football player and a fan of the game, my hat's off to this organization."- Roy Williams likely to miss rest of season
Next 1 needs to be a major suspension + fine. This was his 4th in 2 yrs. Ya cant wait until he really hurts somebody. BTW, this thread was originally meant about the other Roy Williams. No worries though. Dallas RW is a much more interesting subject.- 2007/08 Hot Stove Baseball
josh hamilton was traded to the rangers- Brian Roberts Admits Use
Well if your gonna go way past science and into the God/intangibles factor I have no defense.- Brian Roberts Admits Use
Well you sorta can know. Once you finish a cycle the juice starts leaving your system. Cycles are usually 6 weeks. Most people dont do it for just 1 cycle though. It is possible he did do it only 1 time and just didnt like how it made him feel so he never went back. Either way its still a disgrace.- 2007/08 Hot Stove Baseball
