  1. Wow, that is very cool!!!
  2. Lynne seems awesome on floor too. I think that is usually her best event. I think it is so cool. I care as much about you and Lynne doing gymnastics as the famous ones ebcause it just is rare that people online do gymnastics. lol
  3. Memphis- 87 Alabama- 76 So the final 4 teams are: Drexel vs. #1 Duke #12 Memphis vs. #18 UCLA
  4. lol well we won by 11.
  5. yeah I dont know much about how high school girls usually get scored in gymnastics, but around a 9 sounds good to me. Plus I have seen some gymnasts on tv get under a 9 quite a bit. It's really cool that you put your results in your sig also!!!
  6. Good luck. I think it is cool you and Megan even do gymnastics. And I just think both of you can be really good, for various reasons.
  7. Duke wins by 53 to go to NY. Our game is tonight at 9 p.m. my time on espn2. We better win. The odds have us losing by 1-2 points. It's been well-documented in publications across the country that the Crimson Tide is playing this season at a serious disadvantage, namely that it has just one scholarship guard on the roster. That's Steele. That's tough. Against Miami-Ohio, the 6-3 sophomore played 39 minutes, and odds are that number won't be a season-high. So the strategy on the UofM's side will be simple, to run at all times and use a rotation of Darius Washington and Andre Allen to potentially wear Steele down early, and potentially exploit the situation late. "We're going to press because that's what we do," said Allen. "If he can last, he can last. But if he can't, it's trouble for him." So I like that. Our guys are already acting tough with their talk. And Carney got a technical for hanging on the rim last game and our new 6'11 285 pound center blocked the **** out of a shot and almost got a technical for gloating.
  8. It's been officially announced our game Thursday is on ESPN2 at 9 P.M. (CT). It will be the first NCAA game of the season where both teams are ranked.
  9. Memphis clobbered Wisconsin-Milwaukee by 27 points and held them to 22% shooting in a relentless attack. Now we have to go ON THE ROAD to play #14 Alabama after we demolished this team. Round 2 matchups are: Duke vs. Seton Hall Sam Houston State vs. Drexel Memphis vs. Alabama and UCLA vs. Temple Memphis was supposed to win by 8 and duke by 33. Duke only won by 18, memphis by 27.

Wow as good as Hafner is, I am surprised how highly he finished.
  11. Fourth isn't so great. And I didnt say he was nothing, I simply said at that point I didnt need power badly enough to risk waiving Larry Walker. As for this voting, I ahd not thought much about NL. I guess I agree with it. I dont know. Andruw probably is the ONLY way Atlanta made the playoffs though.
  12. Duke, Seton Hall, Sam Houston St., and Drexel all advance to game 2. Duke didnt come CLOSE to covering their spread. They won by 18. Our first game of the season starts in 14 hours! We need to win 3 and Duke win 2 more if there is to be a duke/memphis championship!

A-rod barely beat David Ortiz for the MVP, as it should be.

  16. I dont really like many gymnasts anymore. The only gymnats of any age I like are shayla and... I dunno a few others. In that group I like Chelssie some and Alicia barely. In a way, Nastia.

lmao Tennessee is so bad now Memphis almost beat them.
  18. ha, I am taking care of you next year for that comment. notice he said pay league though. You could do more than 1 free league that way you could be in some free one with us or something. If people would ever join here I could have one for this forum and maybe give away some prize or something....................
  19. They still can realize their mistake and offer him another contract though.
  20. Nah, 1. I already said Carpenter deserved it and told you he would win it all along, and 2. It does involve how the team does, whether you think so or not. Maybe you havent listened to the media talking all year about how so and so deserves it because their team is better.
  21. This shows why the voting is messed up. I was right about Carpenter winning it obviously, but for WIllis to finish second is plain stupid. Both Oswalt and Clemens deserved to be ahead of him since his team didnt make the playoffs and he didnt have some record-breaking year. Clemens led the league in e.r.a. AND if not for him or oswalt either one, they wouldnt have made the playoffs.
  22. Just because they file doesnt necessarily mean they will be gone. But I am sure he will be. He actually can be good though.
  23. Hmm who told Aaron Rivera wouldnt. I said Colon. For NL it just has to be Carpenter. Not sure if Dontrell will finish second or if Clemens will. I will guess Clemens actually. Yeah with Houston making playoffs, I think Clemens or even Oswalt should be up there with Dontrelle.

    I know that. lol
