At one point Canseco was even a good fielder and obviously he ended with 200+ steals also. I agree if he had not admitted steroids, he should be in. But so many people hated him, they STILL claimed he did not deserve to be in even before then. I sure would love to know how Puckett deserved in ahead of him either way. He was great, but did not play enough seasons.

Floida won the National Championship. I wanted Memphis to play them for it, so I got half of my wish, but the least important half.

Well another great year for Memphis. We lost to Ohio State in the Elite Eight due to: 1. officials 2. Dorsey not backing up his talk. Honestly the officials alone are why we lost. May sound weird if you look at how much we lost by. But it was a 6 point game and we kept fouling them. So they added on 10 points simply from us fouling. And out of that 6 point lead, 2 of them came after a stupid intentional foul call and twice we went to the basket and got fouled near the end and it wasn't called. Also they called a blocking foul on Allen when it was really a charge on Ohio State. So that 6 point lead at the WORST would have been a 2 point lead or maybe even a tie. Then we would not have fouled and would have had a shot still.

Duke already lost. lol I hope Memphis doesn't overlook their opponent this morning. They are coached by our last coach we had before Calipari.

I can't find a good bracket to actually copy and paste instead of having an image. I was pretty right except I was 1 off on seeds for UCLA, Kansas, and Duke. They cheated for Duke even more than I thought and dumbly put Kansas as a #1 despite them having a worse RPI than Memphis most of the year. Interesting Notes: Clemson started the season at 17-0 and did not make the NCAA Tournament. Alabama was ranked #4 in the country in December and did not make the tournament. Syracuse did not make it. UCONN had a 1 last year and did not even make the field this year either. Air Force has a top 30 RPI and did not make the field.

I will post the brackets when announced later today. I am hoping Memphis will be a #2 seed and a high enough #2 to be allowed into the South region. If we had got a #1 we would have just been sent out West anyway. So I am glad we should get a #2 or #3 seed if we don't go out West. I predict: Memphi: #2 Duke: #7 (deserves worse, but they cheat to help Duke) Ohio State, UCLA, North Carolina, Florida: #1s Kansas: #2, they dont deserve it though. They have worse RPI than Memphis, yet people say Kansas deserves a #1. Give me a break! Memphis has won 22 straight, 32 straight at home, went undefeated in conference, and undefeated in conference tournament.

In case I feel like posting any info, I am making this topic. I am so behind that I did not know that rj was traded to Arizona and Frank Thomas is a Blue Jay.

Memphis won their 13'th straight game to go to 21-3 on the season Saturday. At one point we were winning by 51 and ended up winning by 44. Our team is AWESOME. Despite losing our starting point guard of last year and two studs to the NBA before this season started, this team is turning into an even better team than last year's, which was within a few points of the final 4. Today we had 12 of our 14 players score. One of the other two only missed out because our other guy interfered with the basket or it would have been 13 guys scoring. We have AT LEAST 10 guys who could be starters on other teams in the country, and honestly I think our absolute worst players could start on many teams. Final score: 95-51. Also Butler lost, so we will move up to #9 on the coach's poll and stay #8 on the AP poll. Gonzaga's top player was arrested for drugs and will not play against us next week. So we SHOULD be 23-3 at the end of next week. Our final record last year I believe was 33-4.
