Here It Is!
Ha. I like how the trainer waited until after Clemens swore under oath that he didn't use steroids before he announced that he handed over blood evidence. So now he pretty much set Roger up for jail time. If he had told about the evidence sooner then Clemens may have told the truth and avoided jail.

Super Bowl
ok it definitely paid out properly this time. I am paying closer attention each payout now to be sure I have no bugs. It gave you 4,100 back in points (because of paying back your original) then added 3,600 to your bet total on the stats page (since those arent taken until a bet is paid out wheras points itself is altered at bet time), and it should say on your "my bets" page that you won 3,600. SOon I am going to make it where people can see others' bet page after deadlines just like they can see their picks page I think. Or else I will make it where you have to pay points to view the,. Not sure.

Super Bowl
Ha, good job then. Only reason i didn't pay it out is I was thinking of changing some things witht he coding. And well also I wanted to be sure the weekly market points were given out first where when I check to be sure it pays properly, I will be seeing accurate totals. I did a free 500 on NY so you won more than me. You'll win thousands from it.

Super Bowl
In one second the New York Giants are the Super Bowl Champs! What a game! edit: no perfection this year, baby. Manning does the job. I didn't look to see who Aaron picked but I won the first bet with more than 1:1 odds in the sports betting system.

Super Bowl
On to the fourth quarter. Still 7-3 after Brady laughed at someone for predicting they wouldn't get many points.

Super Bowl
And the first half ends with the Giants not catching a hail mary pass which should have honestly been caught. Also their turnover should have been a completed pass. Brady is being knocked around. Score half way through: New England 7 - New York 3

Super Bowl
The Giants strike first in the Super Bowl. The NE kicker went to Memphis, by the way.

Memphis Officially #1
Tough game today, but Memphis pulled it out with a jumper by Rose with 50 seconds left keeping us ahead for good. UTEP looked very nervous at the end and I think they kind of choked at the end. It was a great game though. The players said they think this was just one of the 3 or so games per year where everything just goes wrong. But they found a way to get the victory and are 21-0 for the first time in team history. I thought about going to this game and now I wish I had gone! The voters look for any way to move Memphis down so I predict we will NOT have every first place vote. They will try to give some to Duke or North Carolina as usual. And I wouldn't be shocked if they move the winner of Duke and North Carolina (Wednesday) ahead of us on the polls even if we stay undefeated. That would be ridiculous. Always good to win a game this close. The UTEP coach was Calipari's assistant and knows our program in and out, thus why they managed to keep it close.

Jesse Jackson Comments
http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=ap-u...p&type=lgns Apparently he is talking out against prejudicial assumptions about whites in the South??? I must be reading it wrong becuase I sure don't ever remember him talking bad about someone being racist toward white people, only black people.

Another Yankee
Now they revealed that the victim had even a higher blood alcohol level than Leyritz.

Santana Dealt To Mets
Now Santana signed a 7 year deal with the Mets for more than $150 million. I am going to laugh as he beats the team that was too scared to get him despite being the richest team in the game. I think it won't be long before the Red Sox and Yankees are both a thing of the past. The Yankees are in major trouble and the Red Sox are signing old people like Sean Casey.

One Remains
As I predicted, Kansas State beat Kansas to leave the Memphis Tigers as the lone remaining undefeated team in all of men's college basketball. Digger Phelps of ESPN said he "guaranteed" Memphis would lose to Houston tonight, but the Tigers won by double digits. Barring a big shocker, Memphis will be the first unanimous #1 team of the season next week. Memphis equals their best start in team history at 20-0. They have won their last 39 straight regular season games and have not lost at home since January, 2006. Joey Dorsey had 21 rebounds tonight, Chris Douglas-Roberts had 30 points, and Robert Dozier had 21.

Memphis Officially #1
Memphis and Kansas both have tough games later tonight. Memphis at Houston and Kansas at Kansas State. So if they are both undefeated after today still, they have accomplished a lot more. Memphis is still ranked #1. So for the first time ever they retained it for a second week. Also the game I went to on Saturday was the first home game ever played as #1. In 1983, we played 2 road games then lost the ranking.

CBS FLB 2008
CBS Fantasy Baseball 2008 is now open. Now you can choose to use daily rosters instead of weekly. Also their commissioner game allows auction drafts. And there is/will be an area for mock drafting where you can practice and see where people are drafting everyone.

2007/08 Hot Stove Baseball
Reports say the Mariners are about to get Erik Bedard. That would greatly increase his value, in my opinion. Baltimore is a much better hitters' park.

CBS 2008 Top 300
CBS' free fantasy baseball launches tomorrow. Not sure if the premium ones will open then or not, but we should see if there are new features.

CBS 2008 Top 300
http://www.sportsline.com/mlb/fantasy/story/10582944 This is CBS' 2008 Rankings. I think Vlad and Braun are way too high. Good luck to people taking them that early. Braun will probably have less of everything this year than he did in a partial season last year. People are too quick to jump on young players' bandwagons. And Vlad pretty obviously was on steroids and couldn't find a way to homer last season. It is also interesting that Carpenter is nowhere on the top 300. I guess I will consider him an easy pickup for a #5 starter and if he becomes himself again he would be the biggest steal by far. Even Harden is barely in the top 200. I think in at least 1 league I will risk those 2, but I do hurt myself every year by risking too many injured players and veterans.

The Phillies are ridiculous. The Twins gave Cuddyer $8m per year yet the Phillies are offering less than that to Ryan Howard. lol

Baylor Wins Crazy Game
Texas A&M lost at home to Baylor in 5 overtimes Wednesday. Five players fouled out for Baylor and two others were a foul away from it. I don't think they even had anyone left to put in if one of those fouled out.

Memphis Officially #1
We better win tonight now that I am bragging about them. The game is on CSTV and then the game I am going to Saturday morning is on ESPN. Another note: In the AP poll Memphis has the most points and most #1 votes anyone has had this year. UNC was never as high. Mainly becuase it was a 3 team race and now it's a 2 team race so it is closer to unanimous.
