So far The Brewers obtained CC Sabathia with no periods after the c's and the Cubbies acquired Rich Harden.

Commish vetoed both arod deals. So now I proposed hernandez/cain/hoffman for arod/saito He already accepted THE SAME DEAL wiuth the other guy that got vetoed though and he dealt david wright to someone else, so both wright and arod he dealt. Hopefully his arod one gets vetoed yet again.

Well that one deal got protested too luckily so at least mine will get looked at. But knowing cbs I expect it to fail. CBS would have a tough time explaining how I am colluding when I am in ninth place and I am the one getting arod and people say I am the one getting the better end because they said saito pushed it over in my favor.

I probably should have mentioned this sooner, as I doubt he is available in your leagues by now, but Hardy batted .600 for the entire week last week with 6 homers and he is 1 for 1 tonight. I hed him for the entire week (and before by a few days when he was already hot) in one league and I had him for most of the week in another. Cody Ross drove in 15 runs at Coors.

Hope you're right that CBS never will psh through a trade on a mnday morning. Because if they do I will be asleep and have an illegal lineup for a week and if that happens I guarantee I will get my mney back somehow. I'm mad that the peavy deal went through so I had to waive 2 star marquis to even get my roster legal. And now I have too good of pitching with santana, peavy, lackey, felix, cain, lee and not good enough offense. I have HEADLEY at third and he is sucking.

Well I guess that's 1 or 2 guys I will refuse to deal with from now on. The peavy one is going to pass through and leave me with an extra player and then the arod one is protested max times and the guy who dealt me arod accepted ANOTHER deal involving nim now which is very unprofessional considering it's a weekly league and so it won't pass anywhere enar in time for this coming week so he could have waited and seen if ours passed or renegotiated with me on another. Instead he did not even say one word to me and did this other deal. I will now protest every deal in that league from now on.

I just did 2 blockbusters within 10 minutes in the same league. The way the protesters are though I am probably going to be screwed over since they are conjoining trades where one being vetoed would make the other disappointing. If they pass, I will have santana and peavy at the top of my rotation and then arod, manny, vlad, dunn as part of my offense. Vlad has finally heated up lately.

Keep talking up santana and peavy. Neither is doing good. Especially Santana. I traded for him and he has been nothing but bad ever since. Looked like he was coasting tonight and now here he goes giving up runs also. Hardly "above all other pitchers".

No clue why, but someone waived Jered Weaver just in time for me to get him for tonight's game. I ahd #9 waivers and got him. Surprised me. I know his season stats aren't great, but his whip is good and he just came off of a no-hitter! Pretty unbelievable also that rotoworld said borowski was trusted as closer just a day or two ago and now he is replaced. They are wrong almost all the time now. Too busy joking and making fun of players (pierre) to get any of their stories straight.

Nah. They weren't being sarcastic. They were simply mentioning that each top prospect will always be compared to big names like that. The fact that they were serious lies in the beginning of the emssage where it said he is too good for the minors and like I said he has not surrendered a homer all season.

I pulled the trigger on David Price and CHris R. Young both. They both could be pitching in the majors in 3 weeks. CBS is usually wrong, but they claim Price could be the best pitcher since felix, gooden, etc.

David Price has given up zero homers in almost 50 innings. Also Liriano had a great start, but had two bad ones before it.

I added Chris B. Young and dropped slumping Headley in one league with a #3 and dropped Pierre for Wheeler in another with a #3. So disappointing though to have half the season left and have almost no chance. I will be very lucky if I can get within 20 points in any of my leagues by the ASB. I only have a week or two to decide whether to buy another team too. Fantasy sites are so dumb this year. CBS says borowski blew a win for Lee. Umm... no. Lee was out an inning earlier. Sites said felix would pitch this week. Nope. They're wrong so often now. btw I just looked and actually IT IS realistic that I could get under 20 out in 2 leagues by the ASB and I have a decent chance at coming back to win one of them and a slight chance in the other. So I still have the possibility of coming back even though I am 20+ out in all leagues. Maybe some people will fall asleep and let me move ahead of them inc ategories.

As usual my add/drop hurt me. I picked up wellemeyer for his 2 start wek and he sucked tonight. I am in a catch 22. I HAVE to gain wins and k's in ALL leagues, yet when I try to it only ruins my ratios and I still don't get the wins. I have a 2 start starter for next week also I think. I guess I should just waive him and stoip it.

Nah. edit: also you left out the insane rest of that commentery on rotoworld where they said his .284 batting average against is "not that bad". They must be smoking something.

And his name is... Brett Myers. hahaha I love it love it love it. He is arrogant and a jerk and he did horrible for my teams. He spends his time talking bad about others and not owning up to his bad pitching. I never would have owned him if I hadn't seen Aaron draft him. I thought well Aaron thinks he's worth drafting early, so since he's still here late i will take him. Big mistake.

Picked up thome as a free agent, but I am sure I will have to use my #3 on wheeler now that percival aggrevated his injury. Only way I can get him though is to waive Putz.

Should I use a #3/#4 for thome now that he is exploding and has had 3 homers the last 2 or 3 games? Should I use a pick to pick wheeler back up since I had tow aive him? Percival still has hamstring issues and he just goit bombed by boston and was relieved.

pierre for hoffman. By the way in one league I benched swisher and willingham for this week so willingham has a solo homer and swisher a slam. I owned thome in 2 leagues and dropped him and he has 2 homers. I had ramon hernandez and dropped him and he homered.

Now the commish cost me. Because of him vetoing the fair pierre deal I traded taveras and now pierre is hurt so I had tow aive wheeler and pick up hairston.
