It comes down to this. Wednesday night the NCAA Division 1 National Championship will take place between Southern Cal. and Texas. I will have to stand by my prediction because if it comes true, I will win over $200 cash. USC and I will say the final score will be 47-36. I need 75 total points or more and a USC win for me to get the money. Now the rest of the games are history so it basically is like a 10:1 bet. If I lose I only lose $25. If I win, I win $250. But of course normally you don't need to guess the point totals on a straight up bet!

Memphis wins behind Williams' 233 yards rushing. Up by 21 with 3:09 to go, Akron scored a TD, recovered an onside kick, scored another TD, did another onside kick and barely missed recovering it, then knocked the ball away when we tried to take a knee, but a penalty was called. Thus we win by only 7. The bowl game in Hawaii was great 2 days ago also. I got it correct in my pool because someone for Central Florida missed an extra point in overtime. Final score of that game 49-48.

Memphis' D'angelo Williams just became the first player in NCAA football history to have 34 100 yard rushing gamnes in his career. He already is the all-time NCAA leader in all purpose yards and I believe fourth all-time in NCAA history in rushing yards. Right after he ran for the record, he was allowed to throw the ball on the next play. Pass interference made it first and goal. The next play he got the ball again and ran it in for a touchdown. This, the guy who should have won the Heisman trophy EASILY, but they base it on names and teams when eh is the one setting NCAA records left and right.
