Got Talk Rules

I want to allow everyone to talk as freely as possible without intentionally insulting others.

1. CLICK THE REPORT BUTTON UNDER A POST! if you are offended or think it breaks a rule. I will then be notified and can take appropriate action. If you do not report it, then in many cases nothing will be done. If you IM or email me about it, I may take action, but most likely it will be quicker to report it.

2. Do not attack people. If they decide to report it and you indeed went too far, appropriate action will be taken on this. If you are playing, be sure the person is ok with it enough not to report.

3. Do not post anything illegal/obviously objectionable.

4. Do not spam. You need to post to be allowed to use arcade and to make it to higher user groups. But do not spam obviously. try to find posts to comment on. I do NOT consider posts spam easily, but if it is really obvious that there is no point whatsoever, then that is spam. I DO NOT care if you double or triple post, however, as long as they are relevant.

5. Punishments: For minor things, I will try to verbally warn people or take away posting rights for a short amount of time to cool them down during arguments. Once being verbally warned, I will use the actual warning system. Usually each warning will be 10%, but I can warn a higher % if you do something I think justifies it. Once you get to 100% you will at least get suspended. FOR MAJOR rule breaks you can get suspended/banned immediately at my sole discretion. Also new people are less likely to get away with something than ones who have been here longer, thus proving themselves. IT WILL BE VERY HARD to get banned. You would REALLY have to mess up, such as constantly attacking staff, ignoring major rules, or posting illegal material. I will try to allow as free discussion as possible.

NOTE: Moderators can not ban. They can suspend, however, and then I would decide if the person needs to be banned, based on moderator notes. Moderators will not be able to unfairly punish, just because they are moderators.
